Limited Approval Exceptions

While we work very hard to get approvals and can virtually obtain a Credit Card Merchant Account for anyone, there are several exceptions that would prohibit acceptance and are beyond our influence. These apply to all forms of businesses.

1. You cannot currently be in a Bankruptcy Filing Procedure.

2. You must not have any past criminal convictions related to Credit Card fraud.

3. You must have a depository bank located in the U.S.

4. Your business must have a U.S. Mailing Address

5. You or your Business must not be on any Terminated Merchant File (TMF).

These restrictions are imposed by all of the Banks and Processing Centers that we deal with and we must honor them.
